Andreas is a co-founder of Aspira and has extensive experience in investments in entrepreneur-led companies and company development within FSN Capital (2008-2020).
Former board member of Instalco, Green Landscaping, Nordlo, Roplan and Nepa. He has previously worked in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and Carnegie. Furthermore, Andreas has experience from a number of IPOs, both as an owner representative, board member and advisor.
He has an MSc from the Stockholm School of Economics and the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
Anders has extensive experience from changing industries and has been involved in the consolidation of, among others, Säkra, Nordlo and the JOBmeal group.
Previous roles at KPMG and UB Capital. In addition, Anders has operational experience from the transformation of Hissmekano (family business) into an industry-leading retailer of elevator spare parts.
Anders has a B.Sc. in Accounting & Finance from Uppsala University and also studied at Harvard Business School, London School of Economics and UC Berkeley.
Jessica brings nearly two decades of experience as an investor and banker in her role as CFO.
Previous roles at Kinnevik, General Atlantic and Goldman Sachs of which 15 years in London. Extensive Board experience across both public and private companies.
Jessica holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, a CEMS Master’s in International Management from the University of St. Gallen and a BA in Political Science and Government from Stockholm University.
Tomi joined the team in 2025.
Prior to joining Aspira, Tomi worked as an investment professional at the Northern European private equity firm Axcel. He started his career as a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), primarily working as part of the private equity and principal investors (PIPE) ring fence team.
Tomi holds a BSc and MSc in finance from the Aalto University School of Business (formerly Helsinki School of Economics), with exchange studies at the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall School of Business.
Isak joined the team in 2024.
He has experience within investment banking, management consulting and private equity. He has previous experience from Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Boston Consulting Group, Verdane and Alpha Wave Global.
Isak holds a BSc in Business & Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.
Anton joined Aspira in 2026. He has extensive experience in buy and build investments in entrepreneur-led companies and company development within Waterland Private Equity.
Prior to joining Aspira, Anton worked at Waterland Private Equity where he played a significant role in the investments and subsequent buy and build of Copenhagen based digital gift card provider GoGift A/S, London based market research provider AfO Group and Dutch based circular IT provider Circular IT Group. Anton started his career at CIL Management Consultants delivering growth strategy and Commercial due diligence for mid-market PE and Corporates across northern Europe.
Anton holds a BSc in Management from University of Bath.
Jonas became part of Aspira in 2025.
Previous experience from J.P. Morgan, Pareto Securities, Handelsbanken and Vattenfall. Jonas has worked in London, Frankfurt and Stockholm.
Holds a MSc in Finance & Accounting from University of St. Gallen and a PhD in Finance from Free University of Berlin.
Anna joined the team in 2025.
Prior to joining Aspira, Anna worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company for over three years. She primarily worked on due diligence and strategy projects within the private equity and principal investors (PIPE) practice. She has worked with clients across the Nordics, the UK, and the DACH region.
Anna holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping Institute of Technology (LiTH) with specialization in Electrical Engineering and Finance.
Valdemar joined the team in 2026.
Prior to joining Aspira, Valdemar worked with M&A and ECM transactions at Danske Bank Corporate Finance.
MSc in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School including exchange studies at ESSEC Business School.
Carl joined the team in 2026.
Prior to joining Aspira, Carl worked as a strategy consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for three years in the private equity and principal investors (PIPE) practice. He also has previous experience from private equity and investment banking at Bridgepoint, PAI Partners, and DNB Carnegie.
Carl holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, including studies abroad at Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
