Aspira Partners (“Aspira” or the “Firm”), a partner to founder-led SMEs in the Nordic lower mid-market, with offices in Stockholm and Copenhagen, today announced the latest closing of its inaugural blind-pool fund, Aspira Fund I (D) AB and Aspira Fund I (E) AB (collectively, “Fund I” or the “Fund”), which was oversubscribed at its €270 million external capital hard cap.
The Fund attracted commitments from a group of highly respected institutional investors across Continental Europe, the Nordic region, and North America.
Aspira partners directly with founder-led SMEs across the Nordic region, targeting proprietary investments in mission-critical B2B businesses across business services, specialized industrials, and technology with clear opportunities for buy-and-build and organic development.
Since launching its fundraise, Fund I has completed four platform investments, including:
ServeTek – Nordic market leader in the foodservice equipment aftermarket, with a recurring business model
Census Group – Premier independent audit and advisory services firm in Finland
Rovik – Swedish specialist provider of railway infrastructure services
